Remember this?
Well, I cut it off. Yup, I got tired of the "rat tail" and took some scissors to the back.
It was weird because I wasn't used to the short back for a long time. I even had a friend not recognize Veronica after the hair cut. But, I do not regret it at all.
She still has her Mohawk, but I usually keep her hair pulled up and back in a pony tail so it doesn't get into her eyes. A few Sundays ago I even got creative with the rubber bands.
She's a good sport about letting me fix her hair. Actually, so is Miranda. Megan cries through it (I think it's the curls). Zoë puts up with minimal intervention.
It's unfortunate that I was never one who liked to "play" with hair. Nor have my hair played with. But, maybe it's a good thing. I get rather efficient about fixing hair.
It still takes me 20 minutes to fix all four girls' hair. Most mornings I have to play hair stylist while nursing.

Nursing and pigtailing, simultaneously? That's impressive multi-tasking. And I think her haircut is darling.
That is hilarious, Nadine! I love that little rat tail. We have the opposite . . . tons of hair in the back and pretty bald still on the front. (we tease that she really looks like her dad with her receding hairline). :) Love your cute girls!! The haircut looks perfect!
Good job! I love the multiple rubber bands. All the girls look beautiful.
