Cascade Springs!
We walked through and hiked around and had a great time exploring these beautiful cold-water springs. We then enjoyed a picnic lunch before the kids went home to nap/swim with Aunty Becky and Amy.

Ella was at the lookout trying to spot the water. It was hard to see beyond all the green trees!
Amy is pointing out a fish to Andrew.
Zo&ueml; was happy to push a chillin' niece around.
Veronica liked walking a mile "on" her father's shoes.
We took a picture of the cousins (minus a few) when we visited Cascade Springs in 2009. There are a LOT more girls this time around! But all the cousins are still cute and full of smiles.
The best "family shot" of all but Travis at Cascade Springs
Grandpa was showing how when you pushing on the petal of this flower, the stamen drops down and dollops pollen on a bee that might be sitting in the petal. He apparently learned this in his bee-keeping days...
He had to demonstrate it over and over and over.... and even a few times more. But he let everybody see.
Ella was so sweet when she tried to hold 'Nica's hand. I could never get the camera switched quickly enough to capture the few moments as one of them would shake off the other's hand within a a few steps.
Nica wanted her walk with her hands in her pockets.
Racing ahead of the others, we took a break on the bench to let them catch up.
Ella loved getting water breaks from the Camelpack.
Dad didn't carry Miranda very much, but she loved it when he did.
So glad to have some pictures of us together! Despite the height discrepancy, I think we make a pretty good-looking, well-matched couple.
The "babies" chillin' in their strollers.
That's better! Smile!
Megan and Andrew observing and exploring. Megan didn't leave Andrew's side for long, and he didn't sit still for pictures.
Watching the kids play in the shade before heading down the mountain for lunch.
Ella got the biggest giggles out of "popping" Grandpa's cheeks.
Megan joined in on the entertainment, and both girls were giggling.
Notice that big gray/blue blob on the right? That's the splint for my pinking that I dislocated. Total bummer, and really annoying that it kept sneaking into photos!

Miranda "shared" her sunglasses with Veronica, who felt like she was Super Cool.
Eating lunch at the trailhead to Stewart Falls after our walk around Cascade springs.
Zoë was reading and marking her scriptures. She was asking everybody what their favorite scripture was, and then she'd color it.
Miranda and Andrew had fun looking for things in the trees with these (working!) binoculars.
Dad and Nica taking a nap. Well, not really, but almost?
OK, not sleeping at all, but still comfortable.
Ella loved chewing on whatever she could get her little fingers on. She was cutting TWO teeth!
She loved the attention from Grandpa, too! (Almost as much as Grandpa loved giving said attention).
