After unloading and unpacking, drying out all the gear and then stowing it (while all the girls played in the house), Yvonne and I needed to have one more fun thing before we Bailey's headed out. So we loaded up the paddle boards, shade tent, buckets, pails, towels and sunscreen, a few snacks and headed to a water reservoir near Yvonne's house. We listened to "Honey I'm Good", a country song that Miranda had heard once before, and she started singing along to the words. Dang, that girl has an awesome music memory!

We headed home to Yvonne's cleaned up, packed up and then played with some sparklers and fountains. Chase joined us as we enjoyed the fireworks.

We promised that the girls could stay up and watch a movie before bed. Bless Yvonne she was still willing, despite the late hour. The girls piled into the apartment the Hawkins were letting us stay in and the cousins got to stay up late and watch a movie. They settled down quickly, and were happy to be together just a little longer...
