Grattitude

I'm thankful that this morning...

...when I went to pour myself a glass of water, the pitcher of filtered water in the fridge was full.

...that the dishes were washed and stacked by the sink drying

...that the dishwasher had been emptied and the dirty dishes already put in

...all three (of the four) daughters were dressed and had walked the oldest out to her bus stop

...there were no dirty socks on the floor

...the kitchen garbage was taken out

No, I was not supermom last night. I left a huge mess in the kitchen and first floor of our house to try and get the infant to sleep- nursing her laying down because I was too tired to hold her. She fell asleep, but I think she crashed after I did.

No, all this amazing work was at the hand of a loving husband. What would I do without him??? Not only did he do all this work, but he awakened me this morning with a huge smile, and a very nice kiss. *sigh* Yep, I am one lucky, blessed, and very thankful lady.

awww. What a good hubby you have.. IT really does make a difference when they can spot a cry for help even when we don't say anything.
Hope you are getting some rest.

So sweet--and about my brother, too. I love hearing how amazing he has turned out--though he was amazing when we were growing up, too.
