Nature walk around BYU seeing wild deer, beautiful waterfalls and ducks, then eating lunch at CougarEat, followed by BYU Creamery ice cream eaten outside on campus... a leisurely day with plenty of beauty and lots of time for family!

Annie loved any and all smiles that came her way.

We spotted s snail trying to cross the walkway.

The kids were really excited to "observe" the invertebrate.

Grandpa's sharp eyes spotted this deer in the trees. I didn't even think it was real until I saw it dash up the hill.

Miranda was so excited to be allowed to use Aunt Becky's camera! I don't know how the pictures turned out, but she definitely loved taking them.
Ella sat down in front of the falls, and I couldn't believe the opportunity to snap a shot! She even smiled sweetly for the camera!

I also had to take advantage of the moment and get a picture with my adorable niece!
I climbed across the little stream, over and up the rocks to sit in the middle of the water. It was really cool!

I asked Travis to join me- we don't get many shots alone together.

We then went back across to help the girls join us. Travis carried 'Nica over.

It is SO HARD to get all the girls to cooperate and look at the camera
and smile! Pert near impossible, I'd say. UGH! This was the best of 6 shots...
Amy also got her two older kids over and got a picture or two. Travis was helping the girls climb down and across.

Grandpa and Grandma watching 7 of their 15 grandchildren play (the others were in California).

Lunch at the CougarEat, the cousins shared their food.
Ice Cream!
Zoë got mint chocolate chip.

Megan got the same.

Veronica loved her ice cream...

and enjoyed her dad's cone, too.
