I had an hour and a half before church started on a fast Sunday. With the girls able to dress themselves and brush their own hair, and get their own shoes on, I find that I have a lot more time to myself these days. So, I thought, why don't I spend a little time on curling my hair? Oh, did I think I would curl my hair?Ha!
Nica came to my room and asked if I would curl her hair. Then Miranda came in and asked if I could curl her hair when I was done with Nica. Then, while using a hot iron in Nica, Miranda went to my jewelry box and started looking at what she could wear to match her clothes, and what would match Nica's. Then Megan came in. "Can you straighten my hair?"
I went from 90 minutes to 10 for myself. Miranda found a bracelet (that she broke at church, sigh), and Nica found 2 bracelets (one she lost somewhere between my bedroom and church, *sob*), a necklace, and a crystal hair pin. Megan was pleased with her straightened hair (although I ran out of time and couldn't finish the back).
I told them that as payment for all the hairdressing this morning, they had to sit for pictures and let me get nice ones. Well, I got a few ok ones...

| Miranda's curls lasted all Sunday and even part of Monday! |

Zoë, Megan, Miranda, and Nica (nope, I didn't touch Zoë's hair) |

| Love this expression on her face- I see it so often! |

| They were just being goofy, but I loved seeing their height difference here. |
I am hoping the lost bracelet turns up. It is Venetian glass bead set I got in part from my host mother in Spain and part from time in Venice I spent with my mom. Hopefully it will turn up...
