I woke up Thursday morning and remembered that I needed a snack for Nica's class. Ack! I had reminded myself all week, but for some reason I was not prepared. I had wanted to do something fun and cute, and now it was an hour before the bus came. So, what do you do when you have an hour? Make bunny rolls! Nica also had fun helping me. I loved her help, and her cuteness. The bunnies were done 10 minutes before the bus came and were sitting in a carry case. Megan offered to carry them to her class for her, which made both girls happy. There was only one hitch- the girls ran out to the bus and forgot the rolls- but thankfully I saw them before they got on the bus. Whew!
