Minecraft

Travis was introduced to the world of Minecraft this week. Megan helped him set up his own world, and she, Zoë, Miranda and Nica have been helping him build it up. Tonight, Travis was playing on it as the girls went to bed. Zoë and Megan were allowed to play on the nooks for 30 min before lights out while up in their room. Travis was sitting on the couch in the livin room.

I then overheard this conversation:

Travis, "I just wanted to give him flaming hair!"

Megan, while giggling, "Well, you set him on fire!"

Apparently Megan had built a giant person (statue?) on top of Travis' house. Travis was trying to give a little more living personality. Travis' experiment completely backfired as he burned down the statue, turned part of it to rock, torched his own house, and the fire even spread to Zoë' house. I then heard this exchange:

Travis, "Sorry, Can you build it again?"

Zoë, wailing, "It takes forever!"

He then spent a lot of time putting out more fires...
