So as I wait (most impatiently) for more pictures of our family vacation to Utah, and as I was looking through photos of Grandpa Welling, I wanted to post these pictures of our family enjoying the independence of our Nation.
The best part of this celebration was that we were FAMILY together. And, that the kids played really well together!
Bittersweet is that Becky was in severe pain and ended up in the ER with a herniated disc, and this was our last visit with Grandpa Welling.
Here are some highlights (i.e. my favorite) pictures of our Family's 4th of July:
Brett and Elodie

Seth discusses the rules of the trampoline with Amy, who is holding Ella, whom Claire is trying to entertain and Zoë is watching while Megan sips her homemade rootbeer (YUM!)

Beautiful Ladies: Buffy and Ambre!
Allan gets some time with Elodie as well.
Uncle Greg with his hands full of boys (Jack, Andrew and Luke)
Boo! Gprampa
Miranda took a while to warm up to Grandpa Bailey, but she adores him.

Hadley with her little Hunter, Molly with Ella.
I really think Welling-related babies can only be CUTE!

"Giddy-up Eliza!" as Miranda would say. Thankfully, Eliza loves little kids and was a good sport. Clair and Josh, no strangers to play on a trampoline, were playing their own games.

Megan and Miranda- not the sisters, but related.
You've got a great touch, Megan, to get that little girl to smile so big!

These young ladies were EXHAUSTED after all the fun with family, the food, the games, the cousins, and the fireworks.
