Hey! That's my doll!

The girls found Megan's old video/picture camera. It doesn't have great resolution, but it looks like a home movie camera. I put new batteries in a got the screen working again and let Miranda use it. She took it upstairs and started filming Megan, who got upset (understatement!) and started chasing Miranda through the house.

After resolving the conflict (insert lots of shouting and tears and tantrums-- on my part-- here), Megan took the camera back. Then, Zoë decided this needed to be caught on film. So she changed things a little (director's license!?), and coached the girls through the following movie.

I loaded the clips into Windows Movie Maker and with a few instructions (uh, open file) and letting her explore on her own, this is Zoë's finished product:

And, you might even get a quick sneak-peak of our new house.
It is still a work in progress. Upstairs is 90% finished (guest room is still undone and our room is the other repository for "where does this go). Main floor is done- we just need a lot more furniture! Garage is 95% done; we have to move some things around there and bring some things back inside. The basement is barely started: TV, couch and piano are unpacked. And, of course that is where ALL the toys, books, CDs, DVDs... a vast majority of the boxes are waiting.
