Zoo... and new camera probably going back

We went to the Zoo with some friends on Friday. It was AWESOME, but CRAZY! There were loads of kids there from various school districts (anyone know where Baugo is?) and it was chaotic. But, we met up with some new friends (Welcome Benson's!) and old friends. The sun was shining, the animals were napping, and the kids had a blast!

Oh, and I have all these pictures because I got my new shock-resistant waterproof camera in the mail this week. I'm VERY disappointed and frustrated because ALL the pictures turn out "soft" and don't look very good (notice pics below). Am I spoiled by digital photos that they usually come out crisp? Is this user error or camera error? I'll play with it for a few more days, but I think it's going to be returned.

*sigh* I was so looking forward to all the underwater fun and not worrying about sand and water and drops.

Zoë was a little disappointed that she didn't get to go to the zoo. Really, I think this picture was taken when I told her she couldn't go play with friends 'cuz we had to run a mile to train for the Sunburst.
